Just make sure there is somewhere stable to secure the basket for the pumpkin and that the structure can support the pumpkin's weight after its carved (try weighing the pumpkin and putting something of equal weight in the basket and see if the structure tips. If it does, re-stabilize. If it doesn't, it is safe to put your carved pumpkin in its final resting place. Enjoy!
